Hey, I'm Michaela.

I'm a brand designer and photographer based in Metro Detroit. I started Rova because I kept seeing small businesses with big hearts get stuck with visuals that didn't tell their story, and I knew I could change that.

My background is in graphic design and content creation. One thing that all of my past experiences have taught me is that great branding isn't about looking expensive, it's about feeling true. The best brands make people feel something before they even read a word.

I work with community-driven small businesses: coffee shops, wellness studios, breweries, photographers, service providers. People who have built something real and deserve visuals to match.

When I'm not designing, I'm outside. Teaching kids at a nature school, working out, drinking too much coffee, or taking photos of birds and people through my other business, Wrenwood Photography.

Rova is a one-woman studio — which means when you work with me, you actually work with me.
